I understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. All deposits made for a service are non refundable. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment that will result in a cancellation, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total appointment cost. And your deposit will roll over to your next appointment. (if communicated, fee & cancellation can possibly be waved). As well as no refunds on services preformed. Thank you for understanding, these rules & regulations are set into place to make sure i keep my business running smoothly to be professional, respectful & fair to all my clients.
